Hi there! I am Amelia. Currently, seventeen and I live in the North of England. Proud Northerner.
When I am older, I hope to be a director. The most inspirational person to me his Tim Burton, I think is films are just fantastic and many of them mind blowing.
Stuff : Harry Potter, Doctor Who and Lord of the Rings were just three of the things I was bought up with. Mostly, Harry Potter because I discovered that on my own. I have read all books, along with the Lord of the Rings trilogy. So excited for the Hobbit.
David Tennant with always be my favourite Doctor, though I do love the others. I just think he gave such a unique performance and made the Doctor his own.
I adore The Vampire Diaries, Sherlock, The Hungergames and Merlin, I think the casts are an excellent collection of actors and actresses.
Glee is awesome, they have a great cast! I ship Fuinn so hard, I know not many people do but I think they are completely adorable together. My love for them together will never stop.
Comedy:
My two favourite comdians of all time are Frankie Boyle and Lee Mack. They make me cry with laughter.
The best American comedys, in my eyes, are The Hangover, Modern Family, Scrubs. I can watch them every time and still laugh. Most quotable.
If you want to watch something really funny, then watch ‘Not Going Out’, the comedy can be simple at times but it is always funny.
Music:
My dad has always been an influence in my music, since he has been in bands since he was fourteen. He teaches me to play the bass, which I love. But growing up, the Beatles was always played, my dad owned every record, so I am pretty obsessed with them. They are like a religion in our house.
The first band I went to see was Busted when I was like six or seven, I remember quite a bit of it, mostly when they performed ‘Who’s David?’ because that was my favourite song, still is.
When I went to see Oasis, they were supported by Kasabian and the Enemy, making it an absolutely amazing night. We went as a family and it was one of the best nights of my life.
Arctic Monkeys and Jamie T are just beautiful. That’s all I can say.
I would say, my taste is quite varied but mostly Alternative/Indie.
